- Team collaboration and team values where we can see and take advantage of a small multidisciplinary team and make decisions and introduce new features and formats quickly and independently - The people in the company and the close exchange, where you all get a lot of insight and participation possibilities into the company structure and plans and find yourself in a very inspiring and smart environment - The transparency that is lived wherever possible and helps us all make better decisions and work better with users - The user-centricity on which the entire company and tool are based and which remains at the forefront. It's essential for the team that everyone has close contact with users and is responsible for customer feedback - the flexibility, both in terms of time and place, everyone can work as it suits best. Nevertheless, care is taken that we find time together on-site to work together and see ourselves as a team - The trust that is placed in everyone by the founders and every team member. You are supported, can make decisions in your own area of responsibility, and can get input and feedback at any time, if desired, to make decisions yourself - Our central office, where I like to come and see my co-workers and work on topics together - The support I get to ensure I'm doing well in my role and balancing everything with my personal life (flexible hours, uncomplicated off hours, etc.) In short: I am very satisfied with Condens as an employer and with my work here!

Nothing, as you can see from my Pros, it's a great place to work at :-)

Product development at Conden is mainly focus on delivering value to customers and to move fast. In practice this means that most things are approached very pragmatically and that a lot of emphasis is put on making everyone as productive as possible. While this can sometimes push one to the edge of the comfort zone, it's very gratifying because a lot of stuff gets done and the feedback from customers is pretty much always very positive. As a company, Condens is very transparent to its employees (regarding its financials, communication, plans etc.).

While being a small-ish company has a lot of advantages, sometimes I find myself missing the social aspect of being in a larger company. But I guess this will change in the future since Condens is growing.
