Pros
Working for Concord was an amazing experience for me. The product they have created sets itself apart from everything else in the industry and the results speak for themselves. It makes it super easy to show to customers because of ease of use and what it encompasses. Upper management in this organization is always eager to adapt their business for the needs of their customers and employees alike, especially in today's ever changing world and job climate. Covid was a struggle for everyone, but everyone here, management and colleagues alike, did their absolute best to put their best food forward and adapt to any situations that came because of it. I highly recommend aligning yourself with this organization.
Cons
Because of the aforementioned good qualities, they have been able to attract some bad hires to the group. Which, let's be honest, isn't always easy to see off the bat. I think a more strenuous vetting system should be put into place to help them with this issue.
