So, I’m confused. I was surprised to see all these sudden influx of positive reviews that’s sounds like they were written by leaders and/or HR. During onboarding, I recall that HR asked us to write positive reviews here because they were hovering at 1.7-2.2! Very suspect.
Since I have been here, I have seen several people, including leaders leave. There are certain leaders who some how got hired with little experience and their job seems like it’s just to delegate to people with more actual subject matter expertise. This is not your normal start up culture. There’s a lot of undeserved ego and a lot of blaming others for things. Senior leadership is uninspiring and really skilled ay projecting blame on those they are sent to manage and inspire. The business model is also very flawed which is the consensus of many successful leaders across the healthcare industry. If you are looking to be a part of a truly smart, passionate, and inspiring structured team, this is not it. There are many many many reputable and established big name health care systems and truly innovative health start ups out there. Here, the mediocre or less than mediocre truly thrive.
