Well repeating what is already posted becuase its worth repeating.
CEO is so far disconnected its no wonder the rest of leadership is as well.
The CEO must have had his feelings hurt recently because we spent what seemed line 10 minutes with a "praise to the CEO and how wonderful they are" i guess to make him feel better, he looks like someone kicked his puppy at our last townhall. Ego so bruised. The egos these execs/c level people have is mind boggling, it does not allow them to see the failures they are causing, the distrust, and the burnout.
The workload company wide is growing and growing with the large amount of people leaving and heading to new jobs and in some cases no jobs. People are leaving no people or very unqualified people coming in which in no way is helping.
More friends of C level people being brought on so its a 100% good ole boy system.
Forget being promoted an Exec will just hire a friend for the promotion you wont hear about until a person is hired to fill a job that was never shared.
Zero career path.
