Pros

- Salary range is decent compared to other outsourcing companies in the same space as a Team Leader, but not as an agent. - Permanent Contract from Day One - Private Health Insurance - Monthly meal allowance

Cons

- Rampant nepotism where senior management is able to get their relatives hired into position that they are nowhere near qualified for. - Decision making is taken out of the hands of team leaders on who to hire, or who to let go, even if a candidate is more than qualified for a job, if the candidate is not a friend / ex colleague of the OPS Managers then they won't get hired. - Unfair business practices when it comes to terminations, and blatant lies during the termination process - Constant blame for tasks not being completed, but when pressured for answers as to what tasks are not being done, there's no answer.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
