      Pros

      Great patient experience as well as doctors. Co-workers are outstanding.

      Cons

      No consideration form COD and ACOD towards employees. Short staffed most of the time and they work you till you can't take it anymore while they sit in their office on the phone. Pay is not enough for the work that is done.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
