      Nothing really. This company was not special at all

      Cons

      Low pay, no one works, management is terrible and do not resolve issues. You deal with the worst kind of patients, doctors: specifically NP's don't want to work

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
