      Employee benefits basic, quadruple book patients on the hour, expected to do walk in initial evaluations at the same time as follow up appointments, promised a translator but one is never available, expected to make marketing phone calls to employers,

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
