Pros
Good hours, fair pay. Fun coworkers, but not really a teamwork environment. Some locations have different hours, so overtime is available by filling in at those centers
Cons
Poor leadership....management is not hands on at all. 3 managers in less than a year, seems the company is getting desperate with what they're choosing for their leaders.
