      great hands on experience: strength testing, wet concrete spec testing, tons of exposure to engineering drawings

      Cons

      my boss was very disorganized, often leaving most of the work to me (a co-op student). Made it very stressful covering the floor for pre-pour inspections, testing the concrete, and trying to keep track of the tip out products in field to check for damage and correct stenciling

      Great people to work with, and great experience can be gained.

      Workload can get intense at moments, and situations do become stressful, upper management only makes the situation worse at times.
