      Open door policy, many managers that really do care about the employees as well as the product. Awesome health benefits

      Cons

      Wages are a bit low, lack of resources for tasks assigned. Overtime for production employees can be brutal at times, leaving little time for family.

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
