The current president, Pres Windus does a great job of clearly communicating, saying "thanks," engaging with employees and putting the focus and energy on what matters. He is very focused. He has brought back a few veteran employees and as the lyrics to an old song say, "The times they are a changing." This is true in the best way for CMDC.
Cons
Resources are slim, so if you are going to work here, the type of employee who succeeds is flexible, focused and doesn't waste time on things that don't matter.
