Cons
Only way to move up is if you’re friends with someone in upper management. You’re not awarded by your work ethics but your friendships. They let go of the hard working employees who actually do the work FOLLOWING upper managements directives to bring in the money... and when they do not hit their money goal they let employees go instead letting go of their CEOs, directors, and managers who have no clue of what they’re doing & they’re the ones responsible for it since everybody think their plan of actions work when they actually don’t. But they’re a bunch of know it alls and don’t like feedback!
