Pros
All the fun things you can think of that tech companies love to provide: food and beverages all day long, beanbag chairs, alternative work spaces, and fun wearables. Some managers practice flexible work arrangements, but it's not consistent. The environment is fast-paced and ever changing. The whole team pitches in whenever a job needs to get done!
Cons
While the whole team pitches in, the company feels disjointed and on an unstable path. Strategies , goals, and directions are constantly changing with little to no explanation to the employees as to why. You'd think being a small tech company that internal communication would be a top priority and easy to execute, but they struggle. Micromanagement is rampant as many managers feel they need to hold on to projects for fear of feeling less than a "rock star". Their hearts are in the right place to try to change the airline industry, but I'm not convinced they have the right heads leading the way.
