The CEO is constantly changing his mind on people, process and how things should go. He cannot get to a clear vision and at this point, the market passed him by. The product was revolutionary a while back but his constantly blame and lack of client engagement has worn out employees and clients alike. The same song and dance for the board and investors has covered this for a while but the company should be in a much more advanced place after this many years. Blame goes to staff and not the real issue which is the CEO. Do not work here if you value your personal time and sanity.
