      The kids we work with Coworkers Lead RBTs BCBAs

      Cons

      Any management above the BCBAs both clinic based and company based is so incredibly disconnected from the work we actually do in the clinic. CEO has openly admitted that money is in the top five most important things when it comes to our company. I understand money is important to any business, but it’s clear that’s the primary care from the CEO.

      I loved working with the learners.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t competitive, Medicaid pays $83 per hour per learner but the ones doing the therapy only get $20 out of it, no bump for RBTs who have a college degree or prior experience, hours are inconsistent, onboarding process is somewhat a mess.
