Hi There , As a Corporate organization, when we start Training to our new joinees we expect them to go through with topics in the material once before every training session. so that they can grasp the topics taught by our trainer in short period and overcome the Challenges onboard till maximum extent . This is not an institute to spoon feed you nor you can expect training for months . Training an employee involves efforts , time and cost to company. We monitor the improvements in the employee time-to-time in our Induction programs .Training helps in Improved Employee Performance . When you feel that you are unable to catch the training pace you should have approached trainer and explained your problems, it would have saved lot of our time and efforts. When enough facilities and resources are provided why you unable to utilize properly .Don't forget that when you got a Job opportunity , someone else has lost that opportunity.Give Value to it and avoid negligence.
