Pros

I truly feel that my team is invested in my success. We are growing quickly, but there is definitely a clear role for me, and I have the independence to own my projects. I have room to move fast and make mistakes because I am expected to bounce back, but I always feel supported through that process. There also is a lot of opportunity here if you're willing to seek it out. Our leaders are very ambitious, intelligent, and down to earth. Robert sets an example of honesty, passion, hard work, and humility. Maelle and the rest of the leadership, really complement Robert and Ori's vision with pragmatism and execution. Most everyone I've worked with holds themselves and their peers to a high standard, but always approach the situation without ego. The mission and cultural principles are clear and you do feel their impact in your day to day work. Never underestimate the power of snacks, good tea, and lunch. I really do appreciate having that, as well as good benefits. The company definitely shows they care about their employees.

Cons

With any growing company its hard to integrate new teams when there's a lot of change. Things can stay silo'ed between the different departments because everyone has so much to do. But the leadership team is growing to guide the change and collaboration, slowly but surely. We could use more process in our collaboration. More process and alignment will make things a lot more efficient, and we will need that to take on all these integrations. Things can seem haphazard at times because of how quick we're moving.

Pros

People are smart. Very much a “move fast and break things” culture which can be refreshing compared to bureaucracy-heavy corporate life. I don’t agree with their values (if they have any) but what they’re doing is unquestionably working - business outlook is strong.

Cons

Leadership will tell you there’s no ego or self-interest involved in their strategy - that is untrue. It’s an extremely heliocentric culture around the CEO. A lot of the work is based around what people they're guessing he’ll like, but there’s no alignment at the outset and something you worked on for weeks/months will be trashed after one look from him. Their mission is ostensibly about empowering agents but they are solving a problem that pretty much no one was complaining about before they started, and which just so happens to work highly in their favor in terms of market share. It’s just business but very disingenuous- don’t believe the hype that it’s altruistic somehow. Also the CEO loves to share his sob story about his single mother upbringing, but simultaneously enacts some of the most anti-parent policies you could think of.
