Pros

Very welcoming group in Customer Support. When I joined, my colleagues in my Mini Center helped me learn the product and the support process and I was able to start tackling difficult cases early on. The office building is great. The cafe, barista bar and lounges make for an enjoyable lunch or snack and the onsite gym is quite convenient. Both in your Mini Center and throughout Support, your colleagues make you feel like family. The work life balance is great and management is very supportive of your career path choices and works with you to make sure you can achieve your goals.

Cons

Nothing really outside of the normal day to day challenges of any customer support related position.
