Livable wage, paid training, average to above average benefits

Cons

Definitely have to work through crap shifts/hours at first due to union/seniority. Still, if you can play the long game, it's worth it.

Pros

-they will train you for anything they want you to do -very inclusive environment and very professional. -Training is very good, I have never felt off or lost in my job -Lots of opportunity for advancement -company is very responsive to issues within the company

Cons

-bus repair garage is short staffed, buses needing fixes are out of service for extended periods of time, leading to shortages of buses. -Drivers are very much on their own until help arrives if it is needed.
