Pros

Pay, healthcare, retirement, easy to access over-time

Cons

Terrible hours for full or part-time. Full-time has to cover split shift work for up to 19hrs and part-time may cover 15hrs. System operates well outside the DOT limits of other states. Coach operators health begins an immediate decline upon full-time work because of the split work. Management says it all about the well being of the operator but management makes no effort to change staffing. A weak transportation union. Management slow to respond to employee issues. Poor HR/hiring staff that sells the job but operations executes differently causing rapid turn over. They brag about about a gym for health and fitness but its located in another building where management can access it.

Pros

-they will train you for anything they want you to do -very inclusive environment and very professional. -Training is very good, I have never felt off or lost in my job -Lots of opportunity for advancement -company is very responsive to issues within the company

Cons

-bus repair garage is short staffed, buses needing fixes are out of service for extended periods of time, leading to shortages of buses. -Drivers are very much on their own until help arrives if it is needed.
