Variety of settings available, new owner has great ideas and really wants to take the company in a good direction, office staff is always helpful and kind
Cons
Promises made during interview process that weren't kept, odd relationship between new and old owner- old owner seems to want to be involved and have her hand in a lot of decisions and meetings, but is out of state and unavailable quite a bit, new owner is (almost) always open to new ideas but old owner shoots them down and isn't open to change, lack of support for therapists in contract sites, owners are more concerned about money and keeping current contracts than doing what is ethically correct and backed by evidence, poor therapist morale, old owner often talks down to employees
