More need than workers available

My years with community living alliance were during economic times that dictated a rate of reimbursement for Medicaid funded personal care that created a work force of working poor. Community Living Alliance recognized this challenge that was built into how our positions as employees were funded. CLA would provide guidance to our modest wage work force and included outstanding insurance options as well as incentives to move up in the agency. While CLAs budgets were tied directly to Medicaid funding sources for the cares provided, they were creative in how to include the workforce in decision making as well as appreciating the integral part of the community, being the work force of care attendants, to be valued, well trained, and promoted.

I have no cons recommending working for CLA.
