Pros
The employees are amazing. They work really hard to make CHS a better place. The opportunities are limitless - you can truly grow your career here by just getting a bunch done really well. You might not move up the ladder here or make the money you are worth, but you will leave with a great resume.
Cons
Men move up, women don't. This is a good ole boys network - suits, and men make it. Sometimes the men moving up really earned it, other times it was just a given. Women in higher positions either hired in this way with no movement since, or it is a traditionally female field that most men do not lead. As you prove your loyalty and execute and deliver amazingly well, you may get promoted with a 4% increase even though you are already well underpaid for your current position. It does not pay to be loyal.
