My advice to new employees is to give the position time before forming opinions about the workload, expectations, or compensation. Like any new role, there is a learning curve, and it takes time to build, develop your skills, and fully understand how the job operates. I've been at CER for 7 years now & I can easily say that this is the most supportive work environment that I've ever been in. My previous TL, the COO, & CEO were all Case Managers and it shows in the level of training, support, oversight, and knowledge that is being passed down.

The work can be challenging because it's not your typical 9-5, structured work also because there is a responsibility of dealing with human beings & real life situations but as I mentioned, the support and training is unbeatable!
