The people working at CCS are absolutely amazing. Great teachers and staff. They work hard to help others and improve the lives of their students. The administration is top notch and actually care about the lives of their teachers. Students and families apart of the school are fantastic.

Since it is a small school, teachers have a lot on their plates. Most of the teachers teach multiple classes in different subjects and do extracurriculars. They can be stretched thin at times.

Was an enjoyable, faith-based place to work. Good management. I worked in the daycare with the toddlers.

I dont really have any cons that I can think of. I worked there off and on for a few years as a substitute daycare worker.
