- Management pawns their work off on operators, who also have to answer calls while doing it. - Very low pay compared to similar jobs. - Poor benefits - Tied to your desk, have to ask to go to the bathroom etc. - They take on more clients than staff can handle. - Uneven enforcement of rules, little upside to being a good employee.
