      Pros

      Small credit union so it becomes personable and intimate as a company. Quarterly meetings with full breakfast. Get to meet everyone, including the CEO which makes it nice.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments - the branches don't get notified of much change happening. Favoritism within the company, mainly from HR. Low pay for market. Management is always watching what you do from the cameras.

      Everyone is helpful and nice . Company really cares for their employees well being and their members

      Benefits coverage is expensive compared to larger banks . Not everyone is held accountable to their job responsibilities
