No personal time off Over worked Inconsiderate of mental or physical health yearly performance review is ridiculous with some managers Female managers are the worst they are spiteful and emotionally deal with staff and they talk the grown adults as children No training for staff coming off the counter into supervisory positions they are very rude to entry level staff Management hinders your growth keeping you in position because you're good at what you do so they block potential growth movements The board makes everything and gets staff the scappings

Pros

The company offers excellent benefits, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture. The team at my branch has friendly, approachable individuals who create a warm and collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

"Despite some positive aspects, there are notable drawbacks. The pay is subpar, especially considering the heavy workloads often placed on employees. Staffing levels can be insufficient at times, leading to increased pressure on the existing team. The company also struggles with transparency, frequently leaving staff out of the loop on key decisions. Additionally, there is little innovation, and many processes remain outdated, hindering efficiency and progress.
