The people are really nice and super intelligent. A tremendous amount can be learned from the employees there. Great sense of community within the office. The offices are in great condition. Not a lot of overtime.

The location isn't the easiest to get to, and there are not many shopping or dining options near by. Except for Quiznos, the closest are expensive.

The company is growing at an incredible rate. This allows for employees to gain experience in a variety of fields. There is also a great deal of work done with offices all over the U.S. So you are able to work with a wide variety of people.

Because the company is growing at such a fast pace, it is difficult to receive appropriate training. There are also a lot of changes constantly taking place so the company is rarely in a steady state. Hours can be very long, however over the last year or so it has gotten a little better.
