Pros

The people there tried their best to keep up with the unsafe ratios.

Cons

Unsafe patient ratios up to 7 patients on nightshift. Always short CNAs. Always short if you needed a sitter for your patient. Multiple safety incidences including assault at gun point in entrance parking lot, nurse assaulted, robbery of staff vehicles. Not enough security cameras, always hush hush.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
