Pros
There were some absolutely phenomenal professionals at CommScope. The level of experience you come into contact with gives you great opportunity to learn and be mentored. Senior Leadership has been stable and has great history within the industry. Work/life balance here was excellent. In situations where I needed to be away due to family obligations, it was never an issue.
Cons
The downside to such tenure and experience is upward mobility. Advancement opportunities didn't come around often within the group I worked in.
