Inefficient Internal Systems: Navigating the company's backend and internal systems was a constant challenge and customer impacting. Biased Lead Distribution: Leads often favored certain long-standing employees with management connections, leading to a demoralizing work culture. Misleading Sales Practices: Was encouraged to provide unrealistic service installation timelines, impacting credibility and client trust. Detached Upper Management: Interaction with higher management, including the VP, felt superficial, highlighting a disconnect from the actual challenges faced by the sales team. Pressured to Alter Feedback: There was a culture of manipulating internal feedback scores to artificially enhance management's image. It was good work for maintaining a good work/life balance, and it was fulfilling when you're building accounts for business customers.

Cons

Pay was mediocre for the responsibilities included in the role, leadership was lackluster at best, upper management only care for the numbers, and not the problems associated with meeting those numbers
