There are ethical violations with low scoring clients on LOCUS assessments to enroll them in services. The caseload is unreal and support with supervision is minimal. The pay is low compared to other mental health agencies, I make $13k more a year at a competing agency. They say they are nonprofit but are really for profit. The management uses intimidation tactics to force employees to be compliant sheep. They have a monopoly in Cowlitz county as the only provider for mental health care to Medicare/Medicaid clients who do not have another choice.
