      A paycheck. The heat and air conditioning work well. Free coffee. Working with local workers in a small town.

      Pros

      Worked 4x10 with Fridays as occasional overtime. The work itself is easy, especially if you keep to yourself

      Cons

      3 10 minute breaks. Very dirty environment
