Pros

This company has given me the opportunity to make a crazy amount of money. The base salary is great, but the commission has no cap. so the more I sell the more and make, and they love it and promote high sales numbers.. So if you want to make a lot of money, this is the place.. I have learned so much from Rose VP. that no college could have taught me. Great environment.. I look forward to the growth potential and future management opportunities. The Vp of Sales has helped me progress with ever step of my career here..

Cons

I work LONG hours, but it pays off.. I work some weekends, but I choose to do so , as I am making money, We need more employees as we are growing so fast. So we are SUPER busy..

Pros

Even though I had been a stay-at-home mother for the past 3 years, the owner, Rose, saw through my tests and resume that I was well qualified for the position I was hired for. As, of now, I have been working for Color Ad for approx. 2 months and I love it. It is precisely the type of company I was looking for after having been on such a long hiatus from the workforce. The fast paced, yet easy going work environment makes the work day smooth. Rose, along with the other employees, and now myself, we create a dynamic team that is able to boast of the accomplishments and successes of the company. We strive to provide a high quality product as well as phenomenal customer service. I am more than pleased to be an employee here at Color Ad and look forward to growth and advancement with this wonderful company.

Cons

The work day is a tad more lengthy than your normal 9-5, however, that is to be expected with the high volume of work that the #1 ad agency in the nation receives on a daily basis. And, not only am I well compensated for the talents I bring to the company, I am well compensated for my time. It is not one of those jobs where you stare at the clock and wait for the day to be over. And even at an entry level position, I am cross trained to be an intricate part of multiple departments.
