      Work life balance Good team and mentorship system does exist to help and train new engineers Job is not too difficult

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities Overall stagnation, attitude is not innovative Experienced engineers leave and take tribal knowledge with them as the product becomes worse because documentation processes are very bad Cost containment and multiple layoffs in early 2025
