      Pay & benefit. Medical is OK. 3 weeks vacation. Plus a week off at Christmas.

      Cons

      This place sucks the life out of you. Preached company quality policy is a joke. Driver not quality. Collins / Raytheon, is the next Boeing to have a major safety issue.
