      Graduate Scheme with two annual salary reviews for two years. Supportive of Early career individuals.

      Cons

      The starting salary hasn't changed much in recent years so it's no longer feels as competitive as it once was. I'm already earning less than others who graduated at the same time as I did, but had the confidence to negotiate a higher salary at other companies.
