Pros
The work is easy to pick up and people are always willing to help/assist when you nerd help or further training. Great working hours/routine Good pay, and with overtime, can set yourself up nicely Everyone is friendly and there for the same thing (money) so you can chat to anyone. Very social
Cons
Can become repetitive, same work in the same area each day Overtime isn't guaranteed, have to be in the right area to have weekend work etc. So don't rely on it! Constant checks on performance but this shouldn't a problem if you put your head down and work away!
