Limited ev charging points but are available. Very health and safety conscious. If it moves its guarded one way or another. Clean in general. Free work wear and safety boots and prescription safety glasses. Overtime available.
Cons
Management high rate of moving around departments In jobs with no previous experience. Will ask you to do things that are against their own policies. It's ok it will come back. Lack of discipline, people can sit playing on mobile phones all day and due to waiting for parts. Promotion from shop floor are hard to get, It's who you know.
