      Great benefits. 15 days vacation to start and the holiday shutdown, which is one week. Total you get 20 days of vacation.

      Cons

      Not very transparent. Unequal pay and treatment. HR is untruthful. If you ask about salary, management gets upset. They forbid you to talk about salary.
