Base pay is lower than comparable jobs at other companies. Raises and promotions are fairly political, management always asks for feedback and ideas from workers but rarely give credit. Management resists investing in talent or equipment ahead of expected increases in work volume and seems to prefer a more reactive style which leans on employees working a lot of overtime.
