Large global company with a small company feel. Very family oriented and benevolent culture.
Cons
Flat organization so if you are looking for climbing the ladder, this is probably not where you want to be.

-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
