Sort of stuck in the past...extremely inflexible on work schedules. Absolutely do not believe in virtual working, or doing any work remotely...which can be frustrating at times, especially this day in age. They made it difficult for anyone to get updated computers, programs, software, etc. ...you had to really need it for them to even consider spending the money for it. And very old fashioned about somethings...tried at one point to enforce that all women in the office had to wear heels. They have outgrown their physical office space, making it too small to hold & office all the employees they actually have, making it uncomfortable & awkward for the new hires who have to move workstations every few weeks. Office gossip there was terrible...people were cliquey & talked about everyone behind their backs. Also most roles had no room for upward movement or promotion. So what you were doing, and what you were getting paid, is what it will always be, for as long as you work there.
