Dream job as an educator growing up and sad to see how it works now. Glassdoor rating ranking explains it all. Senior leadership - Wrong people on top who do not care for employee voice. Last three years motivation has gone down and no actions taken. Restructuring left good people leave and now many *inept* VP's and SVP's run show. Never seen any company with so many VP's and SVP's with NO work just roaming around with no accountability. Human Resource is big joke in company. Not there to help employees. Employee motivation is low and still no major changes Lot of loyal people who work hard but no promotion or credit for work. Some just gain praise being friends of VP's or SVP's. New roles get hired for friends from outside company. Low morale resulting in low productivity.
