Great workplace to be in.

No outstanding cons come to mind.

None, they set themselves out to seem like they work hard yet never provide any training or knowledge of what they are actually doing.

This company will not have your City's best interest in mind. They will do the bare minimum just to get by, claim all responsibility done by others to make themselves look good while never showing up to actual job sites to perform tasks required. They promote a culture of sexism, discrimination, bullying and fear of retaliation. Currently in a lawsuit due to sexism and will have another due to fear of retaliation. Most likely have other pending lawsuits also but they are not to be trusted.
