Pros
CB is an excellent company to work for. They have the best technology in the business and the resources to support their agents more so than the competition. The tools they provide allow their agents to out perform their competitors every day.
Cons
This is a full time job and if you cannot give 110% you wont make it. Every one knows an agent , you have to really network with your sphere of influence to have a chance. Listings are the key, without them your dead in the water. Plan on not making any money for at least 6 months.
