No Micromanager to ask what you are doing every 10 seconds Weekly catch up with my manager to discuss pros and cons of the week I had the ability to make the role my own and didnt have to follow old routines

The only downside is everyone working 100% from home is that you cant physically see everyone however you can use slack and we often do group chats with everyone.
