Pros
Working at Cohley has been one of the most interesting and exciting experiences of my life. Anything I thought about what I could or couldn't do before starting this job has totally shifted over the last few months. I have learned SO much and continue to do so every day--not just because we're a start-up and need to have a go-getter attitude, but because we want to! Everyone on the team is always going the extra mile to pursue our company's vision and take on side projects to further the company's growth. This kind of mentality/culture is definitely top/down and comes from our founders who are so passionate and hard-working. In summary, it's rare to be excited to go into work each day, but this place has made me feel like that and is totally worth it!
